Facilities Officer/helpdesk

Is a specialised service provider with a global presence and strong reputation here in Australia, you are joining this company in a time of growth. This company supplies facilities services to the Health division here and are seeking a permanent Facilities Officer/Helpdesk Officer to join their team.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for:
Logging jobs on the internal system
Contacting relevant contractors and technicians for maintenance, servicing and installations
Ensuring contractors are adhering to compliance and site health and safety
Organising trade staff based on location relevant to other jobs
Raising purchase orders
Invoicing
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Arranging preventative maintenance plans
**What you'll need to succeed**
Demonstrated experience in a previous position where you have been responsible for coordinating reactive or preventative maintenance
Strong interpersonal skills and coordinated technicians previously
Positive attitude with a strong and reliable work ethic
Ability to work well within a tight-knit team environment
Great written and verbal communication skills
Triple Covid Vaccination is required for this role - Health site requirement
This role is based in Berwick
