Hays is currently working with an established organisation in Newcastle, NSW looking for an experienced Procurement Administrator to join their team
**Your new role**
In this role, you will be supporting the procurement team by using your procurement administration skills to assist the Procurement managers and Associate Director for Procurement. Leveraging your extensive administration experience, you will perform tasks such as develop/edit and format of procurement documents, liaise with internal stakeholders for the review/endorsement and approval of procurement documents, assist in the transition of a filing structure and files into Share Point.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- A background in procurement or purchasing.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to participate in a team environment.
- Experience in administration.
- Professional qualifications in Business or Procurement advantageous.
- Experience with Technology One finance system is desirable.
**What you'll get in return**
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive team in a contract position with the potential to become permanent. The working arrangements are hybrid with 3 days in the office in Newcastle.
