Reporting to: Digital Platforms & Services Senior Manager
Managing one direct report.
Are you passionate about driving online growth through strategic optimization? We're seeking a Conversion Rate Optimisation and & Personalisation Manager to lead the charge in enhancing our L’Oreal D2C websites. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing a dynamic roadmap that leverages CRO, Personalization, A/B Testing, and NGL feature enablement to maximize customer engagement and conversion.
What You'll Do:
**CRO & A/B Testing Strategy**:
- Create targeted test roadmaps for each brand, collaborating closely to implement campaigns that deliver incremental revenue and conversion uplift.
- Foster partnerships with CRO and A/B testing vendors, facilitating feedback loops and contract updates.
- Harness the power of data analytics and industry best practices to optimize campaign websites.
**Personalization Strategy**:
- Lead the implementation and refinement of personalized strategies that resonate with diverse audiences, boosting engagement and conversion rates.
- Align with Digital Directors and Ecommerce Managers to align strategies with overarching objectives.
- Shape a comprehensive campaign roadmap by collaborating across departments and refining strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends to keep our campaigns competitive.
**UX Enhancement**
- Identify user experience pain points using data and analytics, offering actionable insights to improve the customer journey.
- Champion best practices internally and externally, contributing to future strategies.
- Oversee site audits, collaborating with UX teams and brands to drive improvements.
**Feature Adoption & Localization**:
- Analyze feature releases to drive adoption rates, tailoring strategic recommendations for each brand.
- Provide brand-specific insights on new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence successful feature rollouts.

- Proven expertise in CRO, A/B testing, personalization strategies, and UX optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
