**How will I help?**
As a Manager within the Advanced Analytics team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of advanced statistical models to assess marketing impact, optimise channel investment mix and produce forecasts. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that drive growth and profitability for the organization across the customer life cycle.
- Key Responsibilities Include: _
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and finance, to deliver best in market measurement and drive data-driven decision making.
- Experimentation, measurement & modelling to understand the commercial benefit from owned, earned & paid media channels.
- Implement sophisticated attribution techniques such as Markov chain, game theory, or other statistical methods of allocation.
- Build and manage mixed-marketing models across different products estimate return on investment (ROI), optimise media budget allocation and creating scenario projections.
- Support the development of ML measurement and experimentation strategies, predictive models, and segmentation techniques.
- Delivery of accurate and actionable insights, KPIs, and dashboards to inform marketing campaign effectiveness, customer behaviour, and ROI.

**What do I need?**
- Bachelor’s degree in science, economics, engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
- Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, preferably within the financial services or marketing analytics domain.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing advanced analytics strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Strong expertise in statistical modelling, machine learning, data mining, and data visualization tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
