**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
Lotus are excited to be supporting a social, but mature and professional creative organisation to find a temporary Office Coordinator. This small office located in Waterloo has a great vibey and dog friendly office. You’ll be working alongside a bunch of professional legends who are hard working to support some incredible clients

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As the Office Coordinator, your role will see you providing a warm and welcoming customer service experience to employees and visitors, ensuring a clean and tidy office (and everything inbetween), and assisting with hiring and onboarding duties. To be successful in this role you will have an incredibly mature head on your shoulders, a can do attitude with willingness to get stuck in with whatever is needed, and ability to stay proactive throughout the day.

**DUTIES**
- Meet and greet clients and new team members
- Tidy and clean office to ensure a presentable space at all times
- Order office supplies and catering as necessary
- Assist with events & social gatherings
- Organise couriers & hand out mail
- Help with any troubleshooting/tech requirements
- Support talent team with screening, interview scheduling and onboarding
- Other adhoc duties as requested

**SUMMARY**
Essentially, we are looking for someone who has an incredible work ethic, ideally someone who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and jump in wherever necessary. You will enjoy working at a fast pace, and happy to complete any task, no matter how small. You will have a warm and friendly demeanour, and naturally be someone who thrives in an environment where they can support in any capacity required. This vacany is due to a restructure to the permanent position, and will see you supporting for around 6-8 weeks whilst they find their next permanent hire. This role is to start on Friday 4th August, and so full availability is a must, and ideally with potential to extend if required.
