As the Office Coordinator you will be the link between all departments and a reliable person that can assist wherever is needed. With their office and showroom combined, this role is crucial to welcoming all who walk through the doors, from clients, suppliers, and colleagues This position is an all-hands-on deck role as you oversee a variety of front of house, logistic and delivery coordination needs.

Trusted to oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of a dynamic front desk, you can pivot your focus to conflicting priorities and maintain an effortless, friendly and positive demeanour. As someone who prides themselves on their organisational ability and timekeeping skills, you can collaborate with the sample, packing and shipping teams whilst ensuring your day-to-day tasks are completed.

As someone who is a confident communicator, kind, and a positive force of nature, you can step into this annual leave cover and form fantastic relationships with all you come into contact with. This role features 70% assistance to the sample team, you will be heavily relied on to track all incoming sample deliveries and manage the end to end process from manufacturer deliveries to the clients receiving products in their hands

**A snapshot of your role**:

- Manage the day to day courier deliveries for samples, products and client ready distribution mail out lists. Track each stage closely via Microsoft Excel
- Allocate, match and process client invoices to sample and product numbers via Excel to assist the finance team
- Maintain office presentation and manage office vendors and cleaners. Order stationery, kitchen supplies and food/snack orders including weekly Friday drinks and lunch orders
- Coordinate office meeting rooms, catering, and AV needs, assist with travel requirements and various ad hoc activities for the team
