We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic female Casual Reception/ Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to the team ensuring day to day administrative operations are completed accurately and efficiently. The role will be initially Answering, monitoring and distributing telephone, and mail correspondence Meet and greet clients Daily scheduling of diaries Liaise with admin staff and members General administration support including filing, copying, typing, etc. Ensure the cleanliness of the office area Follow through on instructions given in relation to daily duties To be considered for this position, we are looking for the following skills, strengths and experience: Good communication skills Good written and verbal communication skills Excellent telephone manner Attention to detail Quick learner Must be organised and able to multi-task Can-do attitude Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Internet Reliable and dedicated Bright personality Team player Attitude is everything Location: somerton Please note this is for a Casual Position Only Hours Offering Flexible Hours Ranging between 8am - 4pm 4-5 days a week Flexibility with days would be highly regarded Job Type: Casual Schedule: Day shift Flexible hours Monday to Sunday, Must be able to work on weekends
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $46,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week
