**About the role**:
Reporting to the HSEQ Compliance Manager, the HSEQ Administrators primary function will be to assist in the development, maintenance and review of the Fleetwood HSEQ Management System. The role will also contribute to the delivery of effective and efficient HSEQ activities and programs that support the HSEQ team to deliver on its strategic objectives.

This position is full time and has the flexibility to be based in either our Bendigo or Somerton office.

**The key responsibilities of the role are to**:

- Manage the HSEQ inbox and act as a first point of contact for HSEQ queries from staff and managers across the business.
- Co-ordinate training requirements for personnel as required, including obtaining quotes, making course bookings, liaising with attendees and facilitators and managing and tracking attendance.
- Maintain HSEQ records in MYOSH, including training and equipment databases.
- Compiling of HSEQ reports and reviewing of actions as required.
- Manage purchasing for the HSEQ team, including raising purchase orders and receipting invoices.
- Assist in editing/formatting and reviewing SOP’s, SWMS and Risk Assessments.
- Provide general administrative support to the HSEQ team such as meeting minutes, organising meetings, filing and other tasks as required.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships across all business departments and regions.
- Act as an effective and innovative employee and demonstrate a commitment to quality services and teamwork.
- Participate in the development and review of OHS strategies, policies and procedures that support Fleetwood’s WHSEQ objectives.
- Assist in the business certification for ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001

**About You**:
**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administration position (HSEQ experience desirable).
- Ability to establish and sustain effective working relationships across the organisation.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficient to an intermediate level in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to work in a confidential manner, with mínimal supervision.
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills including the ability to manage changing priorities and to work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, including competency to produce professionally written documentation.
