**The Company**
A long standing, award winning and well renowned agency are currently seeking a Holiday Rentals Portfolio Manager & Administrator to join their successful team. You will work as part of a close-knit and fun team that loves what they do with access to top-of-the-range systems.
**The Role**
As a Holiday Rentals Liaison you will be working within a team to manage a small portfolio of Holiday Rental properties in the Western suburbs of Adelaide.
**The Duties**
- Assist with arrival & departure procedures when required - key and room checks
- Maintenance and repairs in accordance with owners and management team
- Attending to guest enquiries in a timely manner
- Keeping up to date with & responding to online reviews
- Maintain and update booking system / database
- Actioning payments for bookings / invoicing
- Receipting & management of trust accounts
**Skills & Experience**
- **Prior knowledge of Accommodation/Holiday Rental industry**:
- Ability to work well within a team and autonomously
- Prior knowledge of account practices/management - advantageous
- High attention to detail
- Current driver's licence and vehicle
- Outstanding organisational skills and time management
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- High level of care factor and customer service, along with highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
