We have an exciting **full-time** opportunity available to join our driven and outgoing Fund Operations team as a **Client Relations Officer.**
Working with the Account Manager, the Client Relations Officer will act as a credible and professional point of contact to clients by providing timely and professional responses to queries, escalated matters, and requests for information.

**We will count on you to**:
- Utilise your strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with relevant client stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed formal reports in a timely manner and informal reports as required in line with stakeholder expectations.
- Resolve issues and respond to requests from internal stakeholders and the client.
- Be a conduit and facilitation point for internal Mercer escalations that require client consideration or decisions.
**What you need to have**:
- Good analytical skills.
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently and self-directed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**What makes you stand out?**
- Skills in the use of Excel, particularly using formulas and v-lookups.
- Previous experience working in the superannuation, insurance or banking sector would be beneficial.
