**About Client**
A boutique wealth advisory firm dedicated to improving the financial wellbeing of individuals for now and into the future. Their goal is to help you reach your potential, whether you are just getting started, building your wealth, preparing for retirement or enjoying life after work.
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule client meetings with Advisers, coordinating availability and preferences.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for their SMSFs.
- Assist in the implementation process, ensuring all paperwork and processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Update Xplan post communication with clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.
**Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge of Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF) and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
