Receptionist/administration Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings for the sales teams.
- Maintain and update office records, including property listings and client details in both English and Mandarin.
- Assist with tasks such as preparing contracts, managing documentation, and following up on payments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Support the sales teams with administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with office supplies management and general office upkeep.
- Coordinate with service providers and contractors for office and property maintenance.
- Handle inquiries from prospective clients.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with technology.
- A professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
