**Position**: Head of Sales

**Purpose of Role**: To manage sales activities for multiple residential and property developments in the Wel.Co portfolio and ensure that sufficient leads are being created to achieve acceptable sales rates. To achieve sales targets across the national Wel.Co portfolio.

To drive sales strategy to ensure that to the maximum extent possible, Wel.Co is not competing on price.

To act as ‘Officer in Effective Control’ of Wel.Co’s internal sales unit (Wel.Co Realty).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ultimately responsible for putting in place sales strategies and tactical programs that achieve and exceed sales and enquiry targets across all assets.
- Champion the Wel.Co sales track strategy and design to ensure consistency across the portfolio of assets.
- Manage and incrementally review the CRM (preferably Salesforce/Propertybase) strategy to ensure that Wel.Co continues to deliver best practice outcomes, particularly in the realm of technology.
- Management of all facets of sales for Wel.Co projects to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Creation and management of sales initiatives that help drive lead generation and improve brand awareness and value.
- Specific responsibilities include:

- Market research & pricing analysis;
- Retail pricing submissions;
- Providing regular (weekly and monthly) sales reports and market updates;
- Sales strategy;
- Sales process efficiency;
- Business development;
- CRM strategy, management, reporting;
- Display suite sales track strategy;
- Project sales reporting;
- Sales team structuring, support, management, and mentoring.
- Working collaboratively with the development and marketing teams to provide strategic advice regarding product specification, urban design, pricing guidance.
- Communication and reporting of sales information that impacts other parts of the business.
- Managing sales costs and budgets at both a project and corporate level.
- Ensuring consistency of customer journey throughout the Wel.Co portfolio nation-wide.
- Create and drive builder partnership programs.
- Develop multiple sales channels.

**Requirement**:Current Real Estate License

**Salary**: $170,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
