Due to our quickly expanding client base, we're looking for a Lead Client Service Partner to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing effective mentorship and coaching to a team of Client Service Partners ( Accountants), ensuring they consistently deliver top-tier service to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of Client Services Partners, developing their skills in dealing with clients and ensuring consistency in product delivery.
- Recruit and retain talent that has a client-first attitude and the capacity to grow with the business.
- Set the standards of customer service and train the team to match those standards
- Become your team's primary contact for customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Deliver insightful and commercial advice to your own group of diverse small business clients
- Facilitate with the Head of Learning & Development adequate training for the team to meet CPD requirements.
- Ensure the operating model of service delivery remains compliant with all regulatory and licensing requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting
- Minimum of 3 years operating in a senior accounting capacity with experience coaching and mentoring juniors
- Must meet the requirements for, and be able to obtain, a practicing certificate in Australia with CA ANZ.
- Experience working with small business clients advantageous
- Experience using accounting software, Xero is highly advantageous
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Dynamic and energetic mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to deliver to challenging growth targets.
