We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Client Partner with our awesome team in Sydney or Brisbane. Selling Professional Services for technology and delivery capability, this role will see a strong focus on Adobe Marketing Cloud (AMC), Headless Tech Solutions and Digital Transformation programmes.
The role:
As our next Client Partner your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our clients' digital experiences and the growth of new business for Merkle. You will work closely with our Chief Growth Officer and other practice leaders to establish strong partnerships with existing clients, and to acquire new business. Ensuring engagements are underpinned by rigorous business-sponsored processes and outstanding communication to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, consistently exceeding expectations.
Other responsibilities include:
Creating ambitious customer strategies and AMC, Headless, Dig Transformation solutions that result in a commercial uplift for our digital transformation practice. Contributing significantly to the realization of revenue goals by identifying, pursuing, and winning new customers Identify and strategically grow existing accounts through introduction of Merkle services and technology Understand and measure pipeline vs existing, manage targets and revenue growth Action all engagement opportunities as they are presented, ensure new work is successfully captured acted upon Collaborating with craft leaders, sales teams, and alliance leads to ensure a unified growth plan and deliveryA bit about you:
Experiences in selling and/or delivering professional services or experience within field relevant to technology delivery success Proven deep industry expertise in selling and engagement of coordinated professional services, predominantly Adobe, Headless, Salesforce and Digital Transformation A successful track record of client growth and business development, digital customer strategy, and marketing technology Excellent commercial nouse and stakeholder engagement style – genuine, enthusiastic and solutions focused Ability to mitigate difficult client and project situations professionally with influencing and negotiating skillsWhat’s in it for you:
