**A role you will love**
The Client Services Vertical Lead is accountable and responsible for leading their team in providing timely and quality services that meet or exceed service level agreements, for all clients within their client vertical. The Client Services Vertical Lead works in consultation with the Technology, RM, Sales & Solutions teams to support in achieving budget revenue and servicing the clients within their vertical.
In addition, some flexibility is required if an occasion may present where an urgent task (outside the general nature of the role) is necessary to meet CCS clients’ needs.
Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services, the purpose of the role is to lead Services Delivery Consultants in understanding, servicing, and managing clients within their assigned vertical (being either Financial Services, Banking & Wealth, Insurance, Government, Utilities sectors or the internal Intercompany business).

- Proven Project Co-ordination or Project Management experience
- Experience in working with cross functional teams
- Experience in managing multi-faceted content delivery
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and mentor team members
**Other key skills required include**:
- Extensive Account management & Knowledge of specific Vertical Industry
- Communications Industry Experience
- Team management and/or account management experience with Experience in leading a team of people to achieve successful outcomes of approx. 5-15 staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success delivering customer service related outcomes in a business to business to consumer environment.
- Experience acting as a change agent driving innovation in aligning people, processes, and technologies to improve outcomes for customers in large corporate markets i.e. Financial Services, Wealth, Insurance, Government and or Utilities industries.
- A positive attitude and clear communication style
- An ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- A desire and ability to learn about technical products, services, and systems
- The ability to manage changing priorities and be flexible in your work approach
- The ability to take accountability for assigned jobs and work both independently and collaboratively within the wider team
- Highly developed organisational skills, time management skills, with strong attention to detail
