**Facilities Maintenance Administrator**
- Full time, fixed term contract up to 12 months.
- Hybrid/ Flexible working arrangements after the training period.
- **Competitive hourly rate between $39 -$44 ($88,136 - $100,054) on a competitive Enterprise Agreement.**

**_ About the role_**
As the Facilities Maintenance Administrator, you are integral to the success of V/Line’s Network Development, Assets & Maintenance Group.
The Facilities Maintenance Administrator will support the Facilities Maintenance team by managing documents, ensuring data accuracy, helping with reports, and maintaining effective communication and organisation.
***_Key Accountabilities include:_
- **Administrative Tasks**:
o Prepare reports and documents, compile weekly KPI reports using V/Line systems, accurately enter data, manage online data for facilities maintenance, assist with document formatting and office organization, and handle meeting management and minutes
- **Support Senior Management**:
o Assist with reports, dashboards and support initiatives that align with the organisation’s goals.
- ** **Stakeholder Focus**:
o Consider stakeholders’ needs in decision-making, foster positive relationships with internal and external customers, promptly address stakeholder issues and complaints, and work with colleagues to enhance customer service and experience.
- **Collaboration and Improvement**:
o Collaborate with colleagues to enhance processes, embrace change with a positive attitude, reflect on your performance and seek feedback, and uphold the organization’s values and behaviors.
- **Compliance and Integrity**:
o Adhere to relevant laws, policies, and procedures, manage important documents and records, report any unusual activities or conflicts of interest, and assist with investigations of fraud or misconduct.
**About you**
- Demonstrated alignment to V/Line’s values of responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership, and human rights.
- Hold a Current Driver's License and reliable transport.
- Previous experience in a Clerical/ Administrative role.
- Skilled in the use of MS Office
- Familiarity with Building management software programs and systems such as JDE is highly desirable.
