**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our Property team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing facility maintenance requests in a timely manner, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Management: Coordinate and oversee all maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements, to ensure minimal disruptions to our services.
  • Tender Support: Assist the Senior Facilities Lead with tendering for planned maintenance, ensuring we secure the best possible deals for our organization.
  • Audit Support: Manage work orders resulting from facility audits, contributing to standards improvement initiatives.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks associated with maintenance activities, ensuring a safe working environment for our staff and clients.
  • Vendor Relationships: Build strong relationships with contractors and vendors, ensuring they meet our expectations and deadlines.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, supporting the Property team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Operations knowledge, industry best practices, legislative, and regulatory requirements related to facilities management.
  • Work Order System: Familiarity with Work Order management systems.
  • Certifications: Valid working rights in Australia and a valid driver's license.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Education: Tertiary education in Facilities Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience managing budgets and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
