**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the reception area (1-2 visitors/week) and occasional phone calls to ensure effective
- communication both internally and externally.
- Interacting and Supporting 5-6 staff, to provide support services (Admin/minutes/typing)
- Filing / Printing / Data Entry/ Document collation (99% Electronic).
- Invoicing Clients and paying accounts.
- Some bookkeeping / Time sheet collation, project/job allocation.
- Liaison with Clients and contractors as needed.
- Update newsletters and the like.
- Supervise and co-ordinate any maintenance of office areas.
- Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work.
- Basic/Intermediate understanding of MYOB helpful but not essential.
This role is flexible, initially targeting part time, 2-4 x days per week around core hours of 10am-2pm - to a target of 20 hours/week - this can change depending on workload and commitments - as noted flexibility is key.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: Up to $20.00 per hour
