**About the role**

Reporting to the Operations & Technical Support Manager, your primary purpose will be to provide support and administrative services to our EMG team. You will also have the opportunity to complete a Certificate 3 in business.The role would ideally be suited to someone who has previous experience working in a customer service focused role and would like to receive a formal qualification.
- Booking medicals/DAS
- Issuing inductions on an as needs basis for site access
- Track and support EMG and Maintenance Service sub-contractors’ mobilisations
- Update and maintain records in INX
- Fortnightly collation of timesheets
- Update relevant information and distribute to relevant stakeholders for daily meetings
- Taking minutes at weekly maintenance service meetings

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Year 12 completion
- Current First Aid certificate (desirable)
- Strong organisational and technical skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment
- Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills
