**About the role**:
This full-time position involves various administrative tasks within the role, contributing to essential administrative functions while upholding the utmost confidentiality and privacy of client data and records.

**About you**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a range of people and to respond to inquiries promptly
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Understanding of Group Training desired, not essential
- Understanding and demonstration of a proactive approach to safety within their workplace

**_ Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia. Current Working with Children and National Police Checks are required and can be arranged for the suitable applicant._**

**What you will do**:

- Maintain and manage database, ensuring entries are accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with Field Officers supporting by preparing documentation, data entry, maintaining apprentice/trainee files.
- Run regular reports for the GTO Administration Team Leader in relation to unplaced apprentices, unsuccessful completions and assist in the compilation of monthly data related to GTO and Field Officer performance.
- Field queries from apprentices, host employers and other stakeholders, providing accurate and helpful information on AGA’s employment and training services.
- Ordering Personal Protective Equipment for all apprentices in their region and arrange delivery or pick up for apprentices.
- Coordinate the onboarding and inductions for apprentices and trainees.
- Ensure safe office work practices are carried out within their workplace.
- Provide such other administrative services to the GTO as requested from time to time by the GTO Administration Team Leader and/or GTO Manager.
