Jordan Plumbing is a leading Plumbing contractor in South Australia and the Northern Territory, we are currently seeking a trainee Project Administrator to join the team in our Croydon Park Office.

The 12 month traineeship will be completed through TAPS (Trainee & Apprentice Placement Service) and hosted by Jordan Plumbing. Upon completion of the traineeship, the trainee will be provided the opportunity to further their skills within the Jordan Plumbing administration team.

**Position**

The role of the Project Administrator is to manage the day to day administration tasks of the SA Office and provide support to the Project Managers and Site Teams.

**Tasks and Duties**
- Creating, reviewing and maintaining project documentation
- Assisting Project Manager with estimating and tenders
- Issuing progress claims, tax invoices and following up payments
- Liaising between Project Manager, Site Manager & Clients

**Experience and skills**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a high attention to detail
- Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook
- Have the ability to work with deadlines and competing demands
- Be able to work both independently and as a team
- Have good problem solving and decision-making skills

**To become a TAPS Trainee, you need to**:

- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Hold a current drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Be committed to a 12 month training contract to achieve Cert III in Business BSB30120

**Salary**: Up to $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
