We are Hiring: Full-Time Business Development Manager (BDM) /Sales Associate

As a Business Development BDM/Sales Associate at Compass Offices, you'll play a vital role in exploring new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. Your mission will be to grow our customer base while ensuring exceptional service delivery. If you have sales, interpersonal and organizational skills, this exciting opportunity awaits you

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and Thrive: Develop and manage a portfolio of local key accounts, comprising of real estate brokers and corporate clients. Your efforts will drive revenue from our products and services, both in the local market and across our vast network.
- Success Breeds Success: Foster growth from existing customers through referrals and expansions.
- Client Delight: Ensure client satisfaction by efficiently handling rent reviews, and resolving any escalated concerns that may arise.
- Making Waves: Embrace our sales process to acquire new clients, delivering exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression.
- Know Your Terrain: Stay informed about the competition, various industries, and target companies in your area.
- Tools of Excellence: Utilize our CRM system OSCAR to strategize, plan, and stay on top of activities.
- United for Excellence: Be a true team player, collaborating with Client Services to optimize our centre's performance.

**Requirements**:

- Your Right Place: You must have the right to work permanently in Australia to be considered.
- Expertise Matters: A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record is required.
- Champion of Conversion: Showcase your prowess in finding and converting sales leads and adeptly handling inquiries.

- Time for Success: Strong planning, time management, attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial to excel in this role.
