Our Surgical Ward at Casey Hospital is a 32-bed ward which delivers a variety of services to Emergency and Elective Surgery including Gynaecology, Urology, Plastics, ENT, General and Neurology.
**About the Role**
Ward A has the opportunity for a Ward Clerk to join our amazing team and be part of the growth of the services at Casey hospital and provide care to the broader community.
The care we provide can range from customary to critical complex care with both expecting a high patient focus delivered by team driven approach, prioritisation of our patients is paramount.
The Clerical team member is responsible for maintaining excellent service delivery by improving the patient experience.
The role is responsible for but not limited to
- Management of patient information
- Booking outpatient appointments
- Ordering and management of medical/surgical consumables for the unit
- Booking patient transport
**About You**

- Previous experience in working with Health Informatics
- Current Australian Working rights
