**About the role**

The primary purpose of the Customer Hub is to support the OZ business in achieving its strategic objectives. To achieve this, the team must be customer focussed, ensuring that they process and manage the data entry process for our customer and asset operations, as well as being a focal point for any customer or stakeholder queries.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the senior leaders, for example, co-ordinating the team meetings, town-halls, helping with the operating rhythm of the team, arranging travel
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical documents, ensuring proper version control, confidentiality, and accessibility for the team. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Assist with the coordination and tracking of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to provide support and contribute to project success
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Desirable;
- Strong data processing skills
- Borad based administration and clerical experience
- Proficient in various standard computer packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team
