Your new company is a family business in the commercial and residential building space.

**Your new role**

Your new role as Administration Assistant will join a team of 5, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Invoicing and making payments in MYOB
- Data entry of invoicing
- Administration duties including filing, scanning, archiving maintaining and updating client profiles
- Repair coordination and scheduling

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to succeed in this role you will need:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role
- Verbal and written communication skills

**What you'll get in return**

In return, you will receive a competitive remuneration in addition to a supportive team environment. This role could be full time or 9am - 3pm and is based in the Western suburbs.
