The EDRMS Administrator is responsible for the maintenance and configuration of the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) in consultation with the business units within the CAA, the external EDRMS vendor, and the State Records of South Australia. This includes the ongoing maintenance of the Business Classification Scheme implemented on the EDRMS.
This position will provide high quality support to users of the EDRMS on a day-to-day basis and lead the investigation and resolution of complex system issues. The role will also engage the business to ensure continued adoption of the system and identify opportunities to utilise the system in a way which adds value to the business.
The EDRMS Administrator is also responsible for managing user access and security of the EDRMS, monitoring system performance, and initiate remedial actions as required. This includes developing and maintaining EDRMS usage reports and statistics and system administration manuals.
The EDRMS Administrator has lead responsibility for the continued planning and upgrade of the EDRMS. This includes coordinating technical tasks carried out by vendor consultants and internal IT personnel, as well as coordinating end-user acceptance testing, maintaining a record of testing results, and management of change associated with system upgrade.
**Special Conditions**:
- This is a short term contract for 9 months.
- Appointment is under the _Courts Administration Act 1993_. Terms and Conditions of employment are governed by the _Public Sector Act 2009_.
- Appointment is dependent upon a current National Police Certificate that the CAA finds satisfactory.
- As a justice agency, the CAA may receive details of spent convictions as part of any Criminal History Screening and use this information in the selection process.
- Appointees may be required to disclose their COVID-19 vaccination status.
- May be required to work in any city/metropolitan area either on a temporary or ongoing basis.
**Remuneration**:
ASO5 ($85,790 - $95,413 per annum)
