**Research Administration Officer Part Time - Fixed Term July - December**

**We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Research Administration Officer to join our team at AIB. This position is set to commence mid-July covering an extended leave period and offering a fixed-term arrangement till December.**

**Key Accountabilities**:
This position is accountable for but not limited to the following responsibilities:

- Maintaining the research database and ensuring records are up to date
- research workshops
- Provide committee administrative support for the Ethics Committee Chair and Ethics Coordinator
- Undertake other tasks as required by the Director of Academic Operations.

**About you**:

- Experience with performing administration tasks in a higher education environment
- Experience with student systems including Moodle (desirable)
- Customer service-oriented with a professional and proactive approach.
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, drafting, and editing skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Experience in providing executive support and document preparation.
- Experience with performing administration tasks in a higher education environment, working with student systems and Moodle is desirable.
