**Your new company**

This respected boutique Chartered Accountancy practice has been in operation for over 25 years and is looking for a Team Administrator to join their firm on a permanent basis to assist with daily operations of the business. This leading firm provides professionals, SMSF owners and SME’s a personalised service and expert advice across accounting, tax or business advisory services.

**Your new role**

Your new role as a Team Administrator is an integral position to ensure smooth functionality and promote continuous growth. To be successful in obtaining this role you must have an accounting administrative background and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

**Your duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Answering calls, liaising and corresponding with clients
- Daily support to the Principal and Manager
- Processing of mail, incoming and outgoing electronic and paper
- Preparation, coordination and processing of ASIC Company statements including invoicing
- Liaison with ATO and other regulatory bodies
- Processing all ASIC lodgements including company registrations, share transfers, shareholders, company address and name update, de-registrations, minutes and share certificates.
- Lodgements of taxation, BAS’s and other return items as required
- Registering new companies, business names, trusts and SMSF’s
- Database management and maintenance (MYOB)
- End of month support as required
- General office support duties

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Previous experience in an Administration role in an accounting practice environment.
- Experience using MYOB, ATO, AE/AO, ASIC and MyGov portals
- Experience using CAS 360
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- A positive and team player attitude
