**ABOUT THE JOB**:
The team at SRS is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our ranks. The selected individual will assist the smooth functioning of the office by offering administrative support, managing key databases, and orchestrating office activities.

Additionally, your role will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure operational efficiency and maintaining up-to-date records. You will also be responsible for organising and scheduling meetings, ensuring that all office operations are streamlined.
- Working Hours:_ Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
Base salary to be dependent on experience/skill.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain and update company databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, and manage office calendars.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and manage inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Procore.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
