In Vitro Technologies is a Healthcare and Scientific distribution organisation who specialise in the sales, marketing, and support of medical products throughout Australia and New Zealand. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our National Customer Support Centre are looking for a Customer Support and Service Coordinator, based in Lane Cove, NSW. 

This role focuses on providing a positive and professional customer service experience by assisting with service coordination as well as equipment entry, order management, and aftermarket technical support administration. You will handle warranty processes, coordinate installations, schedule contracts or breakdowns, provide product and services information, address daily inquiries, and coordinate multiple field technicians with accuracy and efficiency.

You will thrive in a growing and fast paced environment with a passion to provide exceptional support to our customers. You must have a positive attitude, be friendly and empathetic, a quick learner with exceptional troubleshooting and resolution skills.  

In this role you will be required to meet daily team based Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). Attention to detail, good listening and cognition skills with a ‘right first time’ approach are critical within this highly rewarding role.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience in a similar Customer Service role
  • 1+ years Service Coordination/ Scheduling experience 
  • Confidence and knowledge of an Inbound Call Centre team - handling customer queries, sales orders, customer returns and credits
  • Order management experience and understanding of inventory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in both a team environment and autonomously
  • Ability to take ownership to ensure outcomes are met
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics D365 is preferential
  • Previous Experience in Scientific or Medical industry preferential
