**Main Responsibilities, Key points about this role**:

- Working with the wider sales team (Account Managers, BDMs, Sales Managers) to support administrative activities
- Preparation of quotes, estimates, and information on Stramit products
- Updating CRM (Salesforce) with customer notes and general activities
- Creating new customer accounts, updating existing ones
- Conduct reporting and other administrative tasks on an adhoc basis
- (This is a Hybrid work opportunity
- 3 days in the office, 2 from home)

- Are a multi-tasking superstar who can prioritise, work at a fast pace absorbing and delivering information
- Fantastic team player who demonstrates excellent administrative skills, backed with strong communication both written and verbally
- Continuous improvement mindset
- You are a tech-savvy individual who can work your way around systems and follow processes. Has a keen eye for the finer details
- Team focussed with the ability to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results
- Experience in a similar role highly regarded, however, full training will be provided for this position
- Full working rights in Australia (unrestricted)
