What You'll Need
- Extensive experience in a human resources generalist or management role, ideally within the manufacturing industry
- Certification in human resources, training and assessment, or similar
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage performance, conflict resolution, and employee relations issues effectively
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
- A current driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations as required
