**The Role**
Make a difference in our community

The Community Wellbeing Directorate oversees many service areas that impact the day-to-day living and wellbeing of City of Whittlesea residents.

The Directorate works collaboratively with the State and Federal Government to provide many of these services and operates in partnership with a variety of community service organisations to meet the needs of our diverse and vibrant community.

The Directorate Support Officer role is responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Director and Executive Assistant. The key duties include:

- Provide day-to-day support to the Director and Executive Assistant
- Coordinate and manage CRMs to ensure customers are responded to within set timeframes
- Calendar and shared mailbox management
- Preparing presentations, agendas and minutes
- Coordinate events and communications
- Coordinate, prepare and distribute regular reports and forward planning documents to assist with workflow management, including Council meeting forward planning and event listings
- Maintain Sharepoint documents and reference materials, such as organisation charts, staff notices and corporate reminders

**About you**
This role requires someone who is highly organised and efficient, with excellent communication and administrative skills who enjoys working in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
