**The Role**
Make a difference in our community

We have part time positions available in the corporate Customer Service Team.

The Customer Service Officers may be required to work across several sites in the municipality to ensure that the Customer experience is positive and efficient.

These are frontline Customer Service Officer roles and as such provide a unique opportunity to contribute to enriching our customer-focused organisation. The customer service environment is dynamic and exciting, and you will cover a breadth and depth of customer issues in this role.

Every contact with our community is an opportunity to enhance and promote Council’s positive public image through high quality customer service.

**About you**
We seek people who have exceptional communication skills, experience in a busy contact centre environment and can contribute to a positive and friendly team environment focused on providing the best possible customer service to our community.
