**The Role**
Make a difference in our community

Working closely with the Information Services Desk Team Coordinator, this role supports staff of City of Whittlesea through the delivery of client focused fit for purpose systems and processes, which are underpinned by Service level agreements and the ITIL framework.

The Service Desk Officer position is responsible for providing professional and efficient support to all Staff at City Of Whittlesea. As well as assisting with ICT administrative tasks, and monitoring activities.

If so, we may have the perfect job for you We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Desk Officer to join our Service Desk team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and troubleshooting. You will troubleshoot system problems, answer customer questions, and ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Information Technology and working knowledge of computer systems and software. You should be a customer-focused problem solver with excellent communication skills.
