JC Commercial is a quickly growing cleaning and facilities provider in South Australia. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our company.

As a business development specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Your role:

- Proactively identify and engage with potential B2B clients to promote JC Commercial's services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape and service knowledge to position JC Commercial as an industry leader.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions and deals within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation and support for new clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service provider industry or business development field.
- Self-motivated and results-orientated, with a strong drive to excel in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively while working remotely.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and navigate complex sales processes.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
- Strong problem solving skills to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.

We are offering a competitive compensation package, including a base salary with uncapped commission and travel reimbursements. This position is remote, requiring weekly reporting to the directors and sales staff, as well as weekly meetings.
