Business Development Manager

FUJIFILM Business Innovation is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Enterprise Sales, Government & Education division in Adelaide, South Australia.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time opportunity to develop our existing account base within the primary and secondary school market and win new business accounts to drive growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement account management strategies aligned with the organization's strategic direction.
- Prospect pipeline and conversion targets must be defined and met to deliver annuity revenue and profit objectives.
- Pricing, terms, and conditions must be negotiated to ensure long-term profitability of individual accounts.
- Lead the full sales cycle for each prospective account to successful implementation.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within prospective accounts to understand their business challenges and strategic drivers.
- Gain a deep understanding of the prospect's perception of FUJIFILM Business Innovation's value proposition, level of service, ability to create value, reliability, and innovation.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans and meeting plans to achieve sustainable business growth.
- 5-10 years' experience in complex business technology solutions sales.
- Proven track record in services, solutions, and outsourcing accounts.
- Demonstrated experience in developing new business accounts and C-level engagement.
- Proven consulting skills in selling enterprise-wide solutions and ITS offerings.
- Ability to build effective business relationships and engage with relevant stakeholders.
- Ability to apply best practice sales frameworks and tools.
- Commercial acumen and highly developed negotiation skills.
- Strong influencing, helping gain trust, relationship management, and professional presentation skills.
