About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team at Lucid Insights. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and new clients, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our business in the South Australian professional services sector, with a focus on information technology.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their goals and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Assess and recommend Data, Analytics & Productivity solutions that can help our clients supercharge their business performance.
  • Collaborate with our client services teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business-to-business sales and marketing, with a strong track record of success in the professional services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and market trends, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
