**What you'll be doing**
The position is responsible for the provision of high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Division of Cancer Services. The position will be responsible for administration support for projects as they arise across all services within the Division. The position will be required to provide administrative support for various Divisional services and as such will be required to work across various sites throughout the District.

**Talent Pool**

A National Police Check (criminal history record check) is a requirement for all new appointments to NSW Health and will be undertaken on preferred applicants, with the informed consent of the applicant.
This role is a **Category A **role. Preferred applicants will be reviewed for compliance and required to maintain compliance with the screening, assessment and vaccination requirements, relevant to your position, as outlined in NSW Health policy directive on Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specified Infectious Diseases.

**Selection Criteria**
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level executive support to senior managers.
- Ability to write reports, documents and correspondence, including drafting complex correspondence for senior officers, accurately and clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to plan, organise and problem solve.
- High level information technology and system skills, including office and hospital systems (HealthRoster), and word processing and spreadsheet packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Demonstrated experience in minute taking, agenda and business paper preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Demonstrated experience in the operations of TRIM records management software and record management procedures and practice.
