**Team & Opportunity**

Reporting into the Head of Total Reward & Crew Central, this people focused HR Operations Coordinator will have key accountabilities across all areas of HR. This role will also have you work in partnership with the business to provide advice and front-line support to our leaders and crew, whilst working as part of a wider, collaborative Human Resources team.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone eager to embark on a fulfilling HR career within a highly collaborative environment which offers a comprehensive grounding in core HR processes, with the opportunity to stretch and grow aligned with your interests.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supports core HR operational work for the full crew life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Responds to crew and leader inquiries about HR policies and processes. Assesses complexity of requests and answers directly or escalates to other Human Resource specialists.
- Partners with key internal teams to support the accurate and timely payment and administration of benefits for crew.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Leverages various internal systems to respond to, document, and monitor inquiries. Educates crew on self-service options.
- Builds Human Resources acumen and business acumen to serve crew more effectively. Assists Human Resources crew with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

- Previous experience in a role with similar responsibilities
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks in a high-volume environment
- A skilled communicator that can effortlessly support crewat a range of levels
- Service orientated with a desire to maintain high levels of crew satisfaction
- Continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiency and process improvement
- Experience maintaining confidential and accurate data within a HR Information System
