Strategic Partnerships Lead

About the Role

The Strategic Partnerships Lead - Electric Mobility, reporting to the Commercialisation Principal, Emerging Business, will focus on leveraging expertise and networks to develop new channels and partnerships.

The role involves managing existing relationships with car OEMs, fleet management organizations, and other ecosystem partners to significantly enhance the Electric Mobility business. Seeking an individual with strong relationship-building skills and deep knowledge of the Australian mobility market, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to creating a sustainable future within an impactful team.

What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand AGL's Electric Mobility partnerships in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C segments.- Lead contract negotiations and manage contract terms with partners, including drafting and renewals.- Cultivate relationships with strategic OEM manufacturers to align product roadmaps with AGL's Electric Mobility portfolio.- Collaborate with the growth marketing team to identify and act on opportunities for promoting AGL in the Electric Mobility market.- Maintain a comprehensive database of channels and partnerships, track benefits, and represent AGL at external events to foster networks in the mobility ecosystem.

About You

- Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships, procurement, or vendor management in a dynamic environment.- Knowledgeable about the Electric Mobility landscape and key players, both in Australia and globally.- Possesses a growth mindset, embraces change, and is adept at navigating ambiguity.- Strong communicator and storyteller, skilled in engaging cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.- Adaptive, ambitious, and enjoys pushing boundaries to find inventive solutions. Takes ownership and drives projects from ideation to implementation swiftly. Thrives in a hands-on, cross-functional team environment.- Inherent hustler with a passion for closing deals, demonstrating sophisticated partner management, including business development and relationship building.- Exceptional project management skills, capable of prioritizing and overseeing multiple strategic partnerships simultaneously for impactful outcomes.
