This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Lead in Melbourne, focusing on building and maintaining strategic relationships with smash repair facilities to achieve competitive repair cost results and market-leading customer service outcomes.
About the Role:
- Take a leading role in managing the performance of smash repair facilities to obtain cost-effective performance outcomes.
- Identify market and industry trends, understanding and anticipating customer needs through business relationships and competitor analysis.
- Evaluate and apply strategies to improve repairer performance using repair cost benchmarking, scorecards, and other reporting capabilities.
- Utilise 5-star survey reporting, complaints, and other feedback to identify and apply opportunities for improved customer service.
- Deliver onboarding of new smash repair facilities and support offboarding of smash repair facilities not meeting required performance standards.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- A trade qualification and significant post-apprenticeship experience in your profession as a panel beater, spray painter, motor mechanic, or significant experience as a Motor Insurance Assessor.
- A valid driver's licence for the related state or territory.
- Current and practical knowledge in the Smash Repair industry with a broad understanding of different repair techniques, materials, finishes, equipment, and required repair standards and a sound understanding of the Motor Vehicle Insurer and Repair Industry Code of Conduct.
- Adept at proactively building and maintaining professional relationships and networks to enhance industry positioning and drive business performance outcomes.
- Ability to identify potential issues, evaluate information, exercise judgement, and deliver effective customer-focused solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate, navigate complexity and ambiguity, and provide pragmatic commercial solutions to meet stakeholder expectations.
What We Offer:
- A salary of approximately $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
