**Job Description**:
The Head of Brand and B2B Product Marketing will lead a Centre of Excellence approach to continuously evolve the B2B global brand strategy, execution of brand assets in a financial services and emerging Fintech industry and ensure end-to-end governance across the organisation. In the role you will build global capability for brand strategy & execution and product marketing to deliver customer growth programmes and revenue, across Small Business and Corporate segments. This role is a critical customer champion role, spanning a number of disciplines, including Brand and Creative, B2B marketing, Partnership marketing, Sales Enablement, Content and Social marketing.

**What you do**
- Define brand and product marketing strategies to bring the brand to life, communicate our CVP and inspire customers, prospects and all our stakeholders. Deliver highly executed campaign to support the company’s overall B2B customer growth, engagement and revenue objectives
- Working in partnership with other departments (e.g. Product, Technology, Sales, Customer Service) to deliver a consistent and competitive value proposition and experience
- Build a world-class, consistent B2B global marketing strategy, and capability in OFX, including
- Assess existing brand guidelines and evolve as necessary, and drive consistency in execution
- Develop our strategic plan for content and work with other members of the LT (particularly website owner as well as regions) to ensure we’re delivering great content where it counts to win/retain customers
- Analyse and understand the trends of the market and customers

**Qualifications**:

- 10 years + experience working in global/complex organisations, preferably tech/financial services
- Worked across both B2B and Consumer roles
- Lead brand and content teams
- Depth of experience in B2B marketing and a proven track record in building and delivering B2B programmes
- Can develop a picture of a market, target segments, and then work with cross functional teams to design and execute value propositions that appeal to those segments
- Great team player who can constructively challenge to get to better outcomes
- Highly commercial, with the ability to understand levers in the business and articulate how marketing inputs deliver customer and revenue outcomes
- Ability to work well under pressure, with a high level of motivation in a matrix organisation
- Ability and appetite to jump from strategy to getting their hands dirty to get stuff done where necessary, particularly in the short term during team set up
- Strong evidence of managing multiple stakeholders (both internally and externally) to deliver effective business outcomes
- Can develop, present and assess a successful business case at Executive Team level with credibility
- Energetic, positive, resilient - with the ability to forge ahead with conviction in an organisation that is undergoing significant change and disruption
- Degree Qualified with additional post graduate qualifications preferred
