- Duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Take ownership of developing and executing growth plans in collaboration with the General Manager
- Focus on creating value and achieving sales targets, market share and long-term sustainable growth.
- Develop supportive customer relationships and implement processes that ensure our customers have the right products, at the right place for the right price.
- Leverage internal stakeholders, and cross functional partners to unlock opportunities for growth across multiple accounts.
- Manage key relationships with pharmacy groups and wholesalers.
- To be successful in securing this role you require the following skills and attributes:
- A positive and tenacious attitude with a passion for sales success
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in the Australian pharmacy sales sector.
- Exceptional communication, relationship building and influencing ability to manage external and internal stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification in business/sales/marketing preferred.
