**THE ROLE**:
This role entails direct management and accountability of the short term promotional and executional plan in Woolworths Supermarkets. This includes engaging and managing relationships with all internal and external stakeholders as well as supporting their aligned National Business Manager to deliver on long term range, strategic planning. The purpose of this role is to influence, pivot and support the delivery of the Joint Business Plan initiatives, ensuring delivery of market share growth and strong internal metrics. This role requires someone who can work at a high level of intensity and thrive in a team environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Partner in the development and review of the joint business plan for Woolworths ensuring delivery of market share growth and strong internal metrics including volume, NSR, NC and trade spend.
- Influence Woolworths Category team as well as CCEP field team to optimise promotional plans and execution in stores to drive profitable outcomes.
- Leverage Category trends & relevant insights to drive growth initiatives with CCEP & Woolworths

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience in managing sophisticated customers at an account or operational level.
- Understanding the development of a national promotional program and the factors that influence its success.
- Demonstrated ability performing analysis.
- Highly developed written and verbal skills with demonstrated experience in presenting to senior level management.
- Open mindset with a willingness to learn and explore ideas from other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple parties and tasks within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a close team.
