Attention National Account Managers Are you ready to take your career to the next level and join a dynamic, growing company in a key role? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to drive growth and profitability for our business as our National Account Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our presence and sales within key national accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts to drive growth and profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with national account goals and objectives
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with national accounts to maximize profitability and secure long-term partnerships
- Communicate with national accounts regularly to understand their needs and provide solutions to their challenges

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of experience in a national account management role, preferably in the eyewear or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of successfully growing sales and profitability within national accounts
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
