Our client is one of the most well regarded and respected businesses in the Australian drinks industry.

They are currently in an exciting phase with the acquisition of a new business and the further enhancement of their own brands.

The National Account Manager will report to the National Business Manager and play a pivotal role in driving ongoing and long term category and sales growth with Endeavour Drinks.


You will be responsible for the development and execution of agreed business and promotional plans to achieve volume, share and profit objectives across the Endeavour account.

You will be part of a close knit and high performing team in a progressive business with a dynamic and supportive culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual chain & nationals budgets in conjunction with NBM.
  • Deliver national customer sales budgets via annual Customer Business Plans.
  • Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies for all national accounts.
  • Engage and work cross functionally with all key internal and external stakeholders to manage and implement national & state business plans.
  • Control and manage expenditure.
  • A&P management and reviewig as per agreed framework.
  • Regular review and analysis of customer & group sales performance & business reviews.

Ideally you bring the following attributes:

  • Endeavour Drinks channel account management experience.
  • Experience in customer management and delivering on business strategy.
  • Commercial acumen and an understanding of the impact on sales, profit and market share of funds invested.
  • Superior communication skills and experience presenting business plans to customers.
  • Relationship building and influencing skills both internally and externally.
  • Experience negotiating to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes.
