**The Opportunity**
We currently have on offer an opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Consumer Healthcare Team to work on key assigned banner groups within the business.
Working within the National Account Management team, the primary purpose of this position is to direct and deliver the assigned iNova skin, sun, cough/cold and wound categories to achieve or exceed mutually agreed sales targets.
- Key accountabilities include:_
- Developing and implementing strategic, customer specific business plans to achieve objectives and strategies
- Leading the coordination and development of cross functional initiatives for the assigned banner group
- Identifying and implementing effective customer programs driven through the brand vision and strategies
- Communication of the overall customer category vision and goals to relevant internal teams
- Ensuring penetration and distribution across all customer outlets
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will possess previous experience FMCG, Pharmacy or Grocery sales experience, ideally in a Key Account Manager capacity, along with a strong understanding of marketing principles and the selling process.
- Other key requirements for the role include:_
- Strong sense of commercial acumen and relationship building skills
- The ability to manage conflicting priorities within required time frames
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence others at all levels.
- Ability to analyse data/market information and to draw actionable conclusions from the analysis.
- Professional presentation skill and experience presenting in key meetings and presentations
- Tertiary qualifications preferred (Business/Commerce).
