Baa - Head of Partnerships and Growth

**About the role**:
Reporting directly to the General Manager - Sales & Operations, this important role will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to drive new student enrolments through effective B2B partnerships.
You will identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements. Through strategic planning and collaboration with internal teams, you will ensure our programs and solutions meet the specific needs of our partners and drive enrollment growth. Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) will be a prominent aspect of this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships and business development strategy to drive new student enrolments in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.
- Identify and evaluate potential B2B partnership opportunities aligned with our scope of qualifications and funding contracts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with industry associations, employers, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to generate referral networks and strategic alliances.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify program offerings and customized solutions that meet the specific needs of B2B partners and their workforce development requirements.
- Lead negotiations and develop mutually beneficial agreements and contracts with partners, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and funding guidelines.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential partners, highlighting the unique value proposition of Builders Academy Australia, the most awarded construction training provider in Australia.
- Track and analyze partnership performance, enrollment trends, and ROI, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials that support partnership initiatives and drive student enrolments.
- Represent Builders Academy Australia at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and cultivate new partnerships.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred however not essential.
- Proven track record of success in business development, partnerships, or sales roles within the education or training industry.
- Strong knowledge of vocational education and training qualifications, funding contracts, and regulatory frameworks in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing successful B2B partnerships and achieving enrollment targets.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to identify emerging market trends and opportunities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven negotiation and contract management skills, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets and drive business growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
